Michael Coble

I’m a Byron native, who just graduated from RCTC in Facility and Service Technology. However, sports have been my passion since I can remember, playing as many as my family could handle. From basketball, football, baseball, soccer, wrestling and even hockey! That passion has recently transitioned into functional fitness seeing the way it can help everyday people, not just athletes. In the future I’m going to continue to add certifications to increase my knowledge in the fitness world, allowing me to help athletes reach their goals. Personally, I’m working towards qualifying for some events that would give me the chance to travel for the sport of CrossFit.
My hero journey began in the summer of 2018 right before HS graduation. I was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, which had me at St. Mary’s hospital for two months. Through that experience, I discovered what a strong support group I had through my community was and how important it is to give back to those around you.
My purpose is to give athletes and everyday folks, an outlet for information and help reaching their goals. I am aspiring to help athletes reach that next level they’re hungry for, or adults who want to move easier throughout their everyday lives.
